We understand first-hand the apprehension, fears and uncertainty surrounding the transition from the military and we are committed to supporting those that have served our country and upholding the pledge with have made to the Armed Forces Covenant.”
Mike retired as a British Army Major in 2016, following a 20 year military career working in technical and information assurance roles including in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan.
CSS Platinum Head of Operations, Caroline Bradshaw has only recently transitioned form the military and says
“The year 2020 was a milestone date for me and one I had been considering for some time, as it marked my completion of a 22-year career in the Royal Air Force. In my anticipated move to civilian street, CSS Platinum offered me a position based on my many transferable skills gained from my military background and which complimented what they needed. Importantly for me, they were patient with the learning curve I had to make in this sector, offering a guiding hand when needed. However, the mutual respect has made my transition very swift and easier than I could have expected.”
Caroline adds that
“Additionally, it’s great that CSS Platinum have pledged to being part of the Military covenant as I will continue to respect the skills service leavers offer as part of our continuing commitment to the Armed Forces and their families.”
Over 5,500 businesses and charities in the UK have signed the covenant and we are proud to be one of them.
